Phase I Web site

If you are just starting out, or are interested in getting an idea of "what a Web site costs" with ICIR, we suggest beginning with what we call a "Phase I Web site". Although the specific needs of each client will vary, from our experience we have found the below package will get most clients started and enable them to compare "apples to apples" to other service providers. This basic site will also provide you with a good foundation from which to build your organization's "Storefront" or "Gateway" on the World Wide Web.

With ICIR a Phase I Web site includes a "Home Page" (short 3-4 paragraph description of your organization) along with five (5) sections ("pages") with three to five paragraphs of text for each section. We recommend having at least the following sections:

	1. Organization History and/or profile
	2. Description of products or services
	3. Order Form (CGI script) for services, products and/or information
	4. Comments Form (CGI script) to obtain feedback and information about your visitors
	5. Links Page for providing or exchanging links to other sites.

Your Phase I Web site comes with the following:

	1 major photo/graphic on each page (five different images)
	1 logo graphic on each page (same graphic)
	Colored background or textured graphic
	Customized navigational tools for easy navigation between your pages
	Link Marketing - In order for people interested in your product or service to easily find your site, we will first register and list your site with 150-250 major search engines and index sites targeted to your Company's specific needs.
	Registration of Company Domain Name (You will be separately billed in the amount of US$70 directly from the InterNIC for two years use of your Domain Name and US$35 per year after that.)
	Six Months storage on a server connected to a DS3
	20 Megabytes of disk space (add-on disk space is US$2.00 per megabyte per month in blocks of 5 megabytes.)
	Ability to e-mail you from every page
	Web traffic analysis reports available to you at anytime as part of your Web site
	Includes four (4) hours of consulting (Additional non-retained consulting services are billed at US$95 per hour; retained hours range from US$45-85 per hour depending on the number of hours and length of contract. (*Please refer to our consulting services & fee schedule for specific details.)

Web site & Hosting US$2,210.00*

- Includes the above described Phase I Web site and twelve (12) months hosting cost.

Web Traffic Analysis Reports US$690.00*

	- Includes a US$150 one time set up fee and twelve (12) monthly reports (US45 each). Additional unscheduled reports are available for US$75 each with 48 hours advance notice and US$95 each with 24 hours advance notice.
