Guidelines for Submitting Material

We want to save you money. Consequently, to avoid incurring additional charges, we ask that you submit your material in electronic format on a 3.5" diskette or via email by clicking here and sending it as an attachment. Since each set of information needs a place, please tell us in which Section each belongs and in what order if you have a preference. In the event ICIR does not receive information in the required format we will have to charge an extra $100 or $85 per hour (whichever is greater) for the proper organization of the information.

Textual Information:

The following are file formats that we have found produce the best results and minimize development hours billed to your account. If you do not have your text in electronic format, data entry time ($30/hour) will be billed to your account. We can accept other data formats. Please check with us before submitting your information to avoid incurring additional development charges.

Standard word processing format (MS Word, Wordperfect)
Standard text file with line breaks
IBM-compatible format


Graphical Information:

If you do not have photos or other graphics in an electronic format, we can scan from clean camera-ready artwork or photographs smaller than 8.5x14 inches at no additional charge within the Level I Web Site package. Originals cannot be returned without prior arrangements. We can work with most types of graphic files. However, please check with us before submitting to avoid incurring additional development charges.
